We create and design handstamped jewelry that is SIMPLE, UNIQUE and MEANINGFUL. We design, craft and ship every piece from our studio in Tulsa, OK. We use sterling silver, freshwater pearls and birthstone crystals in our creations. Each letter is individually stamped by hand making every piece it’s own unique creation! Also, the letters will not be perfectly straight- this adds to the charm of a handstamped, handcrafted piece! The spacing in between letters and names will not be perfect either. Please note- we will not stamp profanity or crude language, and we will use our discretion as we hope our jewelry is a good representation of the values we hold at The Vintage Pearl. Our jewelry is not waterproof, we recommend removing when showering or swimming. To clean your piece we recommend using the small polish pad. We do offer free cleaning on all of our jewelry. Please send your charms back to us and we will get your pieces restored! All sterling silver naturally tarnishes, and there are many different factors- climate, lotions, etc., that might cause your piece to tarnish faster than others. The polish pad we send you with your order will definitely help. Storing your piece in an airtight plastic baggie when not worn will also help. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Sales tax will be added to any applicable orders required. Orders leave our studio in 7-10 days (“Ready to Ship” items leave our studio in 2-3 days). USPS Standard First Class has limited tracking and no insurance. UPS Ground has tracking and includes insurances. UPS Next Day Air is $62.95 in addition to product purchases, it includes priority production as well. During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) shipping may take longer. We do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner! PLEASE NOTE- Unfortunately, once shipped we can not control how fast the USPS or UPS gets your order to you. We ship USPS First Class that has very limited tracking or UPS Ground which includes detailed tracking. When your order leaves our studio we will send an email that includes your tracking number. We do highly recommended shipping with UPS— the post office DOES lose packages from time to time, and we are not able to control USPS deliveries. We are happy to ship internationally via USPS Priority or UPS Worldwide Express. International shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks to arrive.
