When I was given your necklace with my grandkids names on each charm, I put it on and wear nothing but that necklace. Over the last year, two more grandkids have been added. I ordered the wrong piece and quickly realized this. After an email explaining what I ordered incorrectly, I got a fast reply and an adjustment to my order along with a small refund since what I needed ordered was a lesser size piece. No problems at all and super helpful!
