I love the earrings, so much so, that I have purchased them twice. A pearl fell off my first pair (never found the pearl) when I reached out to you all on 3 separate occasions to see if I could either get it fixed or purchase just one earring the lack of response was disheartening. I never reached a person, was only able to leave a message. the second time I did receive a call back eventually, but missed the call. No other calls were returned. When the earrings went on sale for 40% of, I decided to bite the bullet and by a second pair. Love the earrings, not the service.
