Several years ago, I purchased the mixed metal charm necklace for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I had four charms put on it each stamped with a name for each of her grandchildren. Over the years our family has grown by two so I have bought two more a la carte charms to add to it. Love that I have the option to expand her gift! This personalized jewelry is always so special and beautiful, and makes me feel good that it comes from a local small Oklahoma business. I have purchased so much from your wonderful company over the years, both for myself and others and I will continue to do so!

I ordered the wrong piece and quickly realized this. After an email explaining what I ordered incorrectly, I got a fast reply and an adjustment to my order along with a small refund since what I needed ordered was a lesser size piece. No problems at all and super helpful!
