I ordered the wrong piece and quickly realized this. After an email explaining what I ordered incorrectly, I got a fast reply and an adjustment to my order along with a small refund since what I needed ordered was a lesser size piece. No problems at all and super helpful!

I needed to add a charm to my necklace! This new one was for my 6th Grandchild! It was a Great addition to my Grandma Charm Necklace!

It’s so perfect for remembering my husband, that I hate taking it off at night. The design of his name, a heart, and a pearl capture my feelings so beautifully. And it’s very striking looking. I think it goes with everything I wear which is good because I wear it every day.
