Corrected order still wrong

I ordered a necklace with 3 hearts and received a necklace with only 2 hearts. There was a prompt response and a corrected necklace sent but not with a corrected chain length. A second response to correct but unfortunately it was for a gift needed in a couple of days so I gifted it as is but not what I wanted.
