1. How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

We usually take about 7-10 business days to assemble and ship an order. During the busy seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) it may take a little longer.

 


2. What is your jewelry made of?

The materials for each piece are noted in their product description, but all of our jewelry is made of quality materials- sterling silver, fine silver, gold-filled, fine pewter, swarovski birthstone crystals and freshwater pearls. Our pieces are lead free.
 

 

3. Will the letters be perfectly straight?

No, each letter is individually hand stamped, making it impossible to get the letters perfectly straight. The slightly off-set letters add to the charm of a hand stamped piece! Please expect a variance from our pictures as every piece is different.
 

 

4. Am I able to rush my order?


Yes, we have Rush Shipping options available at check-out. The extra fee allows your order to be expedited through our studio and then shipped USPS Express. We also have our "Ready to Ship" page- if you shop only from that page, your order will leave our studio in 3-5 days.
 

 

5. How do I know the correct ring size to order?

We suggest getting measured at a local jewelry store to ensure accurate sizing..

 

 

6. What is the best way to measure for a bangle?


To determine your bangle size, simply tuck your thumb into the palm of your hand (as if about to put on a bangle) and using tailor's tape, measure your hand all the way around the set of knuckles closest to your wrist, from knuckle to knuckle.  


 

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have international shipping options at checkout. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged by your country or delayed international shipping times. 


8. Can I buy just the charm?


We have an a-la-carte page that allows the purchase of just a charm. If you do not see the piece you are wanting to add to your necklace on the a-la-carte page please email us at customerservice@thevintagepearl.com and we will assist you.

10. Can I have something stamped on the back of a charm?

 
Unless noted in the product description, we only stamp on one side of the charms to keep an overall good look. 

 

 

11. Can I combine 2 separate orders and save on shipping?

Due to the volume of orders we are unable to combine separate orders. If you would like to ship to different addresses please place separate orders.



12. What forms of payment do you take?


We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover at this time. If you need to pay with PayPal please contact us at customerservice@thevintagepearl.com.
 


13. Why was my credit card already charged when I haven't received my order?

Due to the customized nature of our jewelry, your card will be charged as soon as the order is placed.


14. Can I exchange my chain for a different size?

Sure! Please send back the unworn chain to us with a note telling us the size you would like. We will contact you for additional payment if there is a need.
 
 
 
15. My necklace is tarnishing, what do I do?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, especially in humid conditions. Polish pads will clean your jewelry up in a snap. Polish cloths can be purchased on the a la carte page. Storing your piece in an airtight plastic baggie will help it to not tarnish.
 
We are happy to clean your piece up for you anytime you need, just contact us first and let us know it's coming.  
 
 

16. Can I gift wrap my piece?

 

You have the option of gift wrap with each item during checkout. If you would like an extra tvp gift box you can add them on our a-la-carte page.
 

 

17. I'm local- can I just come by your Tulsa and pick it up?


If you live in the Tulsa and prefer to pick your order up please select "in store pickup" during checkout, or come to the store to place your order, or call us and place it over the phone, 918-935-2731.
